Full of Beans have delivered "Mini Mermaid" sessions to target girls who are inactive/least engaged in sport/pupil premium and children who lacked confidence. They learned about mindfulness, increasing their self-confidence, tackling low self-esteem, self-compassion, setting goals and the value of exercise. These children participated in a 5KM challenge at the end of the programme with their fellow class mates cheering them along. It was a fabulous event

The boys have looked forward to their weekly sessions and have built a great relationship with coach Sam. They have developed their communication, leadership, a team work skills and have adopted a range of positive communication strategies that they can apply to their everyday lives both in school and at home.

The boys have proven to themselves that they can achieve whatever they put their minds to as a result of their achievements during the porgramme. The year 6 teachers have noticed a huge difference in the boy’s behaviour and overall attitude and this has had a positive impact on the learning environments in both classes.

We have loved having & continuing to have Corrie deliver the Mini Mermaids Programme. It has benefited the girls in o many ways.

The programme & the 5K run was character building ; the girls are now more confident in the way they move, the way they see themselves & can challenge themselves.

It has been noted in class how their confidence has increased, they're more willing to get involved & try their best without giving up.

Full of Beans is a fabulous class and the children have learnt so much over the last few years. They cover many areas of development within their classes, it’s not all about dance! I would definitely recommend Full of Beans to enhance physical development and personal social and emotional skills, our children learn about their bodies, how they need to warm up and cool down.

Full of Beans has been working in partnership with our school from the beginning the company was formed. They provide high quality PPA sport and PE throughout the whole school from F2 – Year 6. Their links with the PCT and SSCO’s make us confident that our children would receive high quality coaching and we continue to be impressed with the thoroughness of their planning and delivery.

Mrs Jackson has been everything we hoped for and more. Her enthusiasm, skill and knowledge are evident in everything she does and have had a clear impact. She involves and engages ALL children.
