Super Beans is our signature 10 week programme designed to energise children from the inside out - for children in KS1 and KS2.


Our innovative programme blends physical activity with essential life skills to help children develop emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-confidence. Designed to be a game-changer, it provides crucial support during key transitions such as SATs or moving from infants to juniors, while being equally effective for any child needing a boost in confidence and wellbeing.

What is Super Beans ?

Delivered in 10 hourly sessions, all lined to the primary curriculum, Super Beans embodies our core philosophy, fun, fitness & well-being.


Each session introduces a new "Super power" theme, blending discussions, teamwork and physical activities.


The programme links social and emotional aspects of learning such as;


  • Motivation
  • Social Skills
  • Managing Feelings
  • Empathy for others
  • Self-awareness

What Children will learn?


Through Super Beans children will develop ;


  • Self Esteem and Confidence
  • Resilience in managing emotions and forming positive relationships
  • Awareness of how movement enhances wellbeing 
  • Understanding of how to care for themselves through good safety, good nutrition and healthy sleep patterns.


Throughout the programme, we incorporate proven techniques to promote both physical and mental health ;


  • Emotional Coaching
  • Yoga
  • Mindfulness
  • Physical Activity


These techniques teach the children how to bring their mind and body together in harmony fostering overall wellbeing.


In the final session, children work together to complete a physical challenge they have chosen during the course, applying all the skills they've developed.


This empowers them to support one another and succeed as a tea, using the resilience and confidence they have gained.

On-going Reflection

Regular check-ins, discussions, activities and journaling are incorporated into each session, encouraging children to reflect on their experiences, process their thoughts, and express their feelings.
