Do you love teaching PE but want to spend more time inspiring children and less time dealing with the pressures of mainstream classroom teaching?

We're looking for an outstanding PE Specialist to join our award-winning team, delivering high-quality curriculum PE across primary schools.

Many of our school partnerships run throughout the academic year, allowing you to build strong relationships with pupils and staff while enjoying variety and support as part of the Full of Beans team.


About Full of Beans

Full of Beans is an award-winning children's fitness and sports coaching company, specialising in curriculum PE, teacher CPD, physical activity and enrichment across primary schools.

We're passionate about helping children become active, confident and happy while supporting schools to deliver outstanding PE.


The Role

As a PE Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding curriculum PE lessons.
  • Plan engaging, progressive PE programmes.
  • Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress.
  • Support teachers through CPD and team teaching.
  • Deliver inclusive PE that enables every child to succeed.
  • Promote positive behaviour, confidence and participation.
  • Build strong relationships with schools and become a valued member of their community.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or has significant experience delivering curriculum PE within UK primary schools.
  • Has excellent behaviour management.
  • Is passionate about inspiring children through physical activity.
  • Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
  • Is organised, reliable and professional.
  • Is energetic, positive and enthusiastic.

Essential Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Access to your own vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel between schools across Wirral, Liverpool and Runcorn.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

Please note: This is a self-employed role operating under a Contract for Services. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.

Full of Beans are looking for a variety of sports coaches, dance teachers, gymnastics teachers and PE teachers to join our team in the following location's ;

We require a minimum of a level 2 Sport qualification (or equivalent) and it's essential you have some experience in teaching Primary aged children in a school setting.


DBS will be required, but if you don't have one we can do one for you.    Ability to drive is preferable.

We recruit following safer recruitment guidelines.


Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Pay: £15 - 20 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
