Our Values

We aim to:

INSPIRE

When children have fun, they're more likely to get their recommended 60 minutes of daily exercise—and build healthy habits that last into adulthood. Our goal is to create lasting, positive change in children’s attitudes towards physical activity, offering them a wide range of experiences and opportunities to enjoy along the way.

We aim to:

ENGAGE

We give schools, parents and children the skills to make BEING active a part of daily life. There has been a huge increase in child obesity, to tackle this we need to change raise standards for children and adults. Not only can sport and fitness keep children physically healthy, it will help with emotional and mental health too.

We aim to:

EMPOWER

Empowered children have increased self-confidence and are keen to develop their own skills. This will help them make better choices and give them tools they have learned to create a healthy lifestyle which will serve them for many years to come.
