Full of Beans have delivered "Mini Mermaid" sessions to target girls who are inactive/least engaged in sport/pupil premium and children who lacked confidence. They learned about mindfulness, increasing their self-confidence, tackling low self-esteem, self-compassion, setting goals and the value of exercise. These children participated in a 5KM challenge at the end of the programme with their fellow class mates cheering them along. It was a fabulous event

The boys have looked forward to their weekly sessions and have built a great relationship with coach Sam.
