We offer online CPD certified workshops for professionals to learn how to use yoga, positive thinking, breathing techniques and mindfulness, to support children's wellness.


 Support yours and children's physical health and emotional wellbeing, whilst having fun!


Full of Beans deliver Mini Me Yoga training workshops in schools and in the community/on-line.

15 Minutes to Happy, Healthy Kids


NEW !!       YOGA & BREATHWORK FOR EXAM SUCESS

Our specialised yoga & breathwork program designed to support students during exam periods suitable for children in years 2 and 6 for their upcoming SATS. 


Our program consists of one-hour sessions delivered over six weeks to each class. The initial three sessions take place in the school hall, allowing students to experience yoga to its full extent in a spacious and calming environment. During these sessions, students learn valuable mindfulness techniques, breathwork practices, relaxation exercises, and stress management strategies.


By replicating the exam conditions, we ensure that students are fully prepared and familiar with the setup, minimizing any potential surprises or anxiety on exam day. Our goal is to empower students to approach exams with a sense of calmness and resilience, ultimately contributing to their overall success and well-being.

FOUNDATION WORKSHOP

In this 2 hour action packed workshop, you will learn simple techniques for introducing 15 mins of yoga and positive thinking using games and exercises designed to make it fun and engaging.


You will receive a set of 15 Magik yoga cards, a manual & will learn about ;


  • Breathing
  • Meditation
  • Making energy water
  • Min 14 yoga poses

EXPLORER WORKSHOP

This workshop empowers the graduates of the Foundation programme and expands your skills, taking your teaching to the next level.   You will learn how to plan and lead longer classes and deepen your knowledge of how to present mindfulness and yoga to children whilst still having fun.  We will teach you how to link you ryoga sessions to your curriculum and topics and receive pre-written lesson plans.


Each participant will receive an additional set of Magic cards and a manual and will learn about ;


  • 15 Different yoga classes
  • How to mix and match to create hundreds of classes
  • 14 additional poses

MEDITATION WORKSHOP

We see meditation as fuel for children. It is this fuel, that helps them to respond rather than react to stressful situations.


In this Mini Me Yoga Meditation workshop, you will learn active meditation techniques to use, as a family or class.


You will receive a CPD Certificate and Meditation Manual with scripts, guided visualisations and especially created Mandalas to use with every age group.
