Mental Health & Well Being programs for educators/parents
Our Mini Me Yoga programme is designed to support children's physical and emotional well-being, whether delivered in Full of Beans clubs or within the school curriculum.
We also offer CPD certified yoga and mindfulness training for teachers to give simple techniques they can integrate into the school day. No previous yoga experience is required - we leave being flexible to the children !
15 Minutes to Happy, Healthy Kids
Our Mini Me Yoga programme is all about improving children's emotional well-being while keeping them physical active. We've seen first-hand how mindfulness and yoga can transform children's behaviour , helping them to feel more relaxed, focussed and confident.

FOUNDATION WORKSHOP
In this 2 hour action packed workshop equips teachers to introduce 15 minutes of yoga and positive thinking each day. It's full of practical tools, so participants can start implementing what they learn straight away.
Each participant receives ;
- a set of 15 Magik yoga cards
- a training booklet

EXPLORER WORKSHOP
Once teachers have completed the Foundation Workshop, they can take the Explorer Workshop to further develop their skills. The workshop deepens their knowledge, helping them plan and develop longer sessions that link to the curriculum and enhance children's mindfulness and yoga experience.

In addition to our core Foundation and Explorer workshops, we offer a range of specialised training programmes that can be tailored to meet the unique needs of your school. These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding of yoga, mindfulness and well-being, providing even more tools to support your children.
MEDITATION WORKSHOP
This workshop introduces simple yet powerful meditation techniques that children can use to manage stress, improve focus, and regulate emotions. Participants will learn active meditation methods that can be easily integrated into the classroom or home environment.
Each participant receives ;

- Meditation Manual with scripts for guided meditations
- Specially created mandalas for use with all age groups

NEW! YOGA & BREATHWORK FOR EXAM SUCESS

This specialised yoga & breathwork program designed to support students during exam periods suitable for children in years 2 and 6 for their upcoming SATS.
Over six weeks, we deliver one hour sessions that teach valuable mindfulness, breathing and stress management techniques to help students stay calm and focussed during exams.
