NEW!! YOGA & BREATHWORK FOR EXAM SUCESS

Our specialised yoga & breathwork program designed to support students during exam periods suitable for children in years 2 and 6 for their upcoming SATS.
Our program consists of one-hour sessions delivered over six weeks to each class. The initial three sessions take place in the school hall, allowing students to experience yoga to its full extent in a spacious and calming environment. During these sessions, students learn valuable mindfulness techniques, breathwork practices, relaxation exercises, and stress management strategies.
By replicating the exam conditions, we ensure that students are fully prepared and familiar with the setup, minimizing any potential surprises or anxiety on exam day. Our goal is to empower students to approach exams with a sense of calmness and resilience, ultimately contributing to their overall success and well-being.
